The present study reports simultaneous optimization of various parameters affecting in the oxidation peak current of tyrosine as a main amino acid in protein structures. All experimental variables containing chemical and instrumental parameters are simultaneously optimized. For achieving the purpose at first design of experiments (DoE) are considered before any experimental tests. Then, response surface methodology (RSM) is applied to find the optimized parameters. The electrochemical experiments for determination of tyrosine are accomplished at the surface of a nanostructured modified electrode. The electrode is fabricated using gold nanoparticles via a green approach. |
